HP RDP not able to capture the image

HI,
I am trying to capture the image of server..
But the image cpture hang from the "sending wake on lan signal""..
Both the servers are on different VLAN..
Anybody knows the reason??

Hi,

Have u looked at the actual server to see if it is successfully getting a PXE address,etc?

Please describe your environment and OS
