Reset the Management Module on the HP bladesystem p-class enclosure

I have a question about the Management Module on the HP bladesystem p-class enclosure.

What is affected when the reset button on the the Management Module is pressed.
Is it only the ilos that are affected or are the servers reset as well.

I have a problem with the ILO'2 of the 4 on the right of the enclosure. The ilos of the 4 on the right are dropping pings but the 4 on the left are not.

Do I need to reset the Management Module or reseat the 4 servers.
Could this be an enclosure issue.
