Unable to locate volume on the storage system (Locked)
Hi,
I deleted a volume using the 3PAR GUI but forgot that the volume is visible within OneView. I tried to delete the volume in OneView but getting the error "Unable to locate volume on the storage system" and indicates that it is locked.
How can I clear the lock?
Any assistance will be much appreciated
Thanks,
Ray

Re: Unable to locate volume on the storage system (Locked)
You cannot change the Alert status of resource until you forceably delete the volume from OneView. When you attempt to delete the volume, it should report that the volume cannot be found when you attempt to delete, and then show a 'Force' checkmark box. Select it and then select the Delete button.

Re: Unable to locate volume on the storage system (Locked)
Hi Chris,
It did not prompt with the "Force" checkmark box. What I did is I restarted OneView and after the restart I was able to delete the volumes.
