Unable to update to OneView 2.0

I'm trying ot update OneView from version 1.20.05. I have downloaded the bin file and when I try to upload file it fails. It gets to the validating step and fails instantly. The message is "The file C:\xxx\HP_OneView_2.0_Update_Z7550-96195.bin was not found on the appliance. Please attempt to upload your file again."

I have trying the upload 4 diffrent times. I downloaded a new copy of 2.0. I tried veriosn 1.20.06 with the same error message. I tried with the administrator with no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

How are you uploading the update to the appliance?

1. I downloaded the bin file to my PC
2. Opened OneView and clicked settings
3. Selected actions and Update appliance
4. I tried both browsing to the file and drag and drop.
5. I clicked the upload install button.

The file uploads for about 5 to 7 minutes and the progress bars fills. When it get to the end it says validating and then gives me the error in my description.

I was able to preform the update. When I was first doing the update I was using IE 11. After switching to Google Chrome the update went right through.
