Exporting error in Web Client


Exporting error in Web Client

Hi all,


Whenever i export the tickets from Web client to a external file(txt, csv, etc) i get a error.

The procedure More>Export to text file.


The browser displays the save file popup and when saved, the browser displays a message :


SM is already opened in another tab, save your work and continue. When continue it displays a blank page !


Any ideas ?
