HP Operations Manager 8.10 don't create incident in SM 9.30

Hello.

HP Operations Manager 8.10 last patch OMW_00158

HP SM 9.30

HP SCAuto for OMW 1.3.1

 

Logs have errors:

you have to check your condition in template assigned so that it should have condition to make the alert as ticket in SM.

Don't change condition a lot of time. Incidents don't create one week ago.

if restart SCAuto  - recive 1 incident. 2 restart SCAuto = 2 incidents.
