Knowledge search

Hi,
I have some approved documents in knowledge management, but search isn't working. What could be wrong?

what search parameters are you specifying?

There is no any error.

I have KM document that I created from interaction and have 3 documents that I created in KM-Contribute KM (approved them).
When I try Search Knowledgebase - I can find find only 1 document that I created from interaction. But I cann't find theese three documents (all libraries in advanced search are marked)

Have you gone to manage knowledgebases
select the kbname and done a full reindex?

One more question - I created some test records in knowledge management from interactions. How to delete theese records?
