SSSU password echo

Does anyonme know if there is a way to prevent the SSSU password from echoing to script logfiles? Is there any way to pass SSSU credentials other than using the select manager command?

I don't know about another way of passing credentials. What os are you using? You can create a very secure temp log file, then post process your log file to remove these lines and finally share these log files. With Unix this could be very simple using umask, grep, head, tail, sed/awk and so on. In windows, you may use perl.

Thanks. Yeah, maybe I will try filtering the output. In this case, I'm using VMS. If anyone from HP is listening, this is something that could be improved.
