IMC 7.0 Live updates not working

Hi

Currently i have installed IMC 7.0 (E0102) basic 50 node and facing a problem with live updates.

when looking for device softwares or for IMC updates the system doesnt show any results and a screen appears where it shows a refresh button and the settings tab.

on the server where the IMC is installed, it can reach to the internet without any problem. in the IMC settings i have also tried with diffrent DNS but it didnt workout.

Need to know whatelse can be checked?
