do HP VCX 3503 phone need 'Business License' or does the 'standard license' work?

ordered some 3503 phones for testing....not sure if the 'standard phone license' is what works or do i need to buy 'business phone license' for them?  ....and where to source Business Phone License , if needed...CDW.com ?
