This document also provides an overview of each product and the product's integrations.
  2. BPM Mobile Proactive Monitoring best practices — Get best practices for using VuGen to record mobile native applications for BPM, including general best practices, as well as explanations for how to employ a number of emulators in script creation. The document also provides a brief description of how to record scripts using the MobileTrue client protocol.
  3. RTSM best practices — This is a comprehensive look at guidelines and recommendations about various RTSM related topics such as BSM-CMS sync, reconciliation, hierarchical and MOM deployments, global CI’s ID management, and many more.

For a detailed overview of high availability, however, we recommend following the guidelines described in the BSM Installation Guide.

We also have a BSM Service Health Best Practices document that will be available soon.
