There is a breadth of industry demands when it comes to service catalogs and self-service request management. Biomni is a leading premium service catalog provider with full related ITIL service lifecycle support. Biomni’s Front Office for HP is integrated with HP Service Manager. In the future, Front Office for HP will provide a unified service catalog with access to HP software cloud services. Our partnership with Biomni was recently announced at HP Discover. Bomgar is a long standing HP partner and well known in the ITSM community for providing remote support. There are a number of common customers that use Bomgar with HP Service Manager to provide remote support whether the remote client is on or off the network. Bomgar has a nice five minute video that provides an overview of the integration


fastpass.pngPassword Reset and FastPass Corp.


Despite all, password resets are still one of the leading call categories into IT service or help desks. For companies without automated password reset, it is typically the leading call generator – by far. FastPass provides a self-service solution that allows users to reset passwords across multiple systems without calling the service desk. IT is another new partner solution and fully integrated HP Service Manager.

The Westbury SMI Suite provides a robust reporting solution that allows data retrieval from multiple HP ITSM applications including: HP Service Manager, Asset Manager, PPM and the UCMDB. xMatters is also well known in the IT Management community starting from a foundation of alerting solutions to improve MTTR and reduce downtime through relevant notifications. xMatters has grown beyond these important beginnings, but this is still a great starting place.
