HP Web agents accept SSLv2 Ciphers

Our Windows Server 2003 systems (DL360G3 / DL380G3 / DL580G2) have been identified as having issues around OpenSSL. Open SSL is installed as part of the HP Web-Enabled Management Software, and our servers are built using the PSP version 7.00. The OpenSSL service on port 2381 is accepting SSLv2 ciphers, which we need to turn disable, and only use SSLv3. Also we need to be sure that OpenSSL is at version 0.9.6m or better. Please can you advise on how we disable SSLv2 and how we make sure that OpenSSL is at the latest version
Many thanks
