unable to Start NIC Agents

Hi,

i have a problem with an ML 570 G1.
I cannot start the Compaq NIC Agents on this
System.

PSP: 6.31A
OS: NT 4 SP6a
NICs: 3122 & 3134

Failure: The Service has given service-specific Failure-Code 269. simply translated from German :-)


Can anyone help me?
