Configuring service account for VCA to connect to VCRM
Hi,
i'm having difficulty with configuring communication between a VCA on a server and the VCRM located on another server.
I had this running fine on an old server using a service account in an AD group, with the AD group added to the HP SMH's Operators group.
There were no local users or group memberships required beyond this and the AD account was only a Domain Member, nothing else.
On the new server however, trying to configure the same settings on a server to talk to the new HP SIM server and it wont connect. If i put the same service account used previously in to the local admin group of the new HP SIM server it does.
Now has something been changed by HP since my previous installation or am i missing something here as its driving me mad!!
Any help grealy appreciated!!
