Error message when trying to use -telnet to the system- link

Hi,
I have Systems Insight Manager 6.0 Build C.06.00.00.00 on a Windows 2008 server.

when I try to use the -telnet to the system- link for switch devices I have a error message.

Attempting telnet to ''AP1130-PARIS-1' ...

Then a new window appears and it says:
The webpage cannot be displayed
Most likely cause:
Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed.
What you can try:
Search online for a program you can use to view this web content.
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.

I have already nistalled telnet feature as it is not installed by default and I have checked that telnet.exe is in the good directory C:\WINDOWS\system32.

Have you got any idea?
Thanks

Re: Error message when trying to use -telnet to the system- link

No pb when telneting manually.
I have the switch prompt.

The problem is that the new window in HPSIM that is supposed to telnet the device displays the error msg (Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed)
