Error with System Managements Agents

I├В┬┤ve installed a DL 360 G3 with Windows 2003 Server with Support Pack 7.01 and the service SNMP installed. When I try to connect to https:/host_name:2381 in page "System Management Homepage" appears the System model like unknown, and when i select "Insight Managements Agents" appears this error:
"HP Web Agent: No SNMP Community String Error
No valid SNMP community strings with proper access rights were found on this system. The HP Web Agent requires a valid SNMP community string to operate correctly."

What can I do?

Thank├В┬┤

Re: Error with System Managements Agents

It's telling you that you need to set a community string in the SNMP service...

Re: Error with System Managements Agents

There is a change between W2003 and W2000 as regards default security.
By default SNMP on W2000 Accepted all Hosts for SNMP Access, whereas W2003 accepts restricted.

You can change this under the Services GUI, select SNMP and change it there under the Security Tab.
This is also where you tell SNMP to send Traps to, Under Traps Tab you should add the IM Server.
