Failed deployment Initial Support Pack Install

I am trying to set up HP Insight Manager for the first time. Trying to deploy the Initial ProLiant Support Pack to a managed system. The deployment task runs but fails. I'm getting:

EXCEPTION CLASS: com.hp.mx.exceptions.MxFailedAuthenticationException
EXCEPTION: Authentication failed

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Dan

I had this problem with 4.1. I upgraded to 4.2 and did te initial instal with SSH worked ok.

The other problem could be reverse lookup/DNS. can you resolve the hostname when you try a reverse lookup?
