HP SIM 7.0 Message "Waiting for the HP Systems Insight Manager web server"

The password changed for the domain account that runs the HP SIM Service. I changed the logon account password to match the current password and the service starts. However, now when HP SIM is started, it says "Waiting for the HP Systems Insight Manager Web Server".

 

I followed the instructions in the following link with no change. Still get the message.

Anybody else experience this with HP SIM 7.0? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Jim has given you the appropriate guide (so give him kudos! ;) ). It's not sufficient to simply change the password din the services applet in windows. SIM use various Java applications so it must be changed in the config files also.
