HP SIM add MIBs and mxmib.exe
Good day!
I need to add a new base MIB in HP SIM on Windows Server 2003 32 bit HP ProLiant DL380 G3, but I can not find mxmib and mcompile, nor does it create a folder mibs (c:\ program files\hp\sistem inside manager\mibs ). HP System Management Homepage 7.2.2.9.
Prompt how to solve this problem?
P.S. This thread has been moved from ProLiant Servers (ML,DL,SL) to ITRC HP Systems Insight Manager Forum. -HP Forum Moderator

Re: HP SIM add MIBs and mxmib.exe
When you scan you local harddisk are there any .mib files.? When you run https://machinename:50000 do you get the Sim login page?
Kind regards,
Andrew

Re: HP SIM add MIBs and mxmib.exe
mxmib and mcompile are in system path path.
Look For : C:\Program Files\HP\System Insight Manager\mibs (default path) for existing mibs.
The path can differ based on installation and user preference.
echo %path% might help you.
