Insight server agents craches on BL20p G2

BL20p G2 running W2K. Installed HP Insighr Management Agents v. 7.0.

The service "HP Servers Insight Agents" crashes after approx 1 minute after starting up.

Tried to uninstall/install several times with the same problem occuring.

Any ideas?

Done some more testing.

If I remove "Rack Information" in the control panel applet
OR
stop the service "HP Proliant Rack Infrastructure Interface Service"

then the agent service doesn't crash. But then I wont be able to get the needed information into SIM...

Check to make sure all of the infrastructure elements and iLO have up-to-date firmware...

Latest firmware applied, still same problem.

ILO Firmware: 1.51
GbE2 firmware: 1.1.1

Well, i did report this problem and the "solution" in this forum earlier.

Never had the time to contact HP support, but I guess one can live with it....
