Migration tool for 5.3 SIM to 60 to a different server

We need to migrate the existing 5.3 SIM to 6.0. I am trying to locate where the migration tool is.

Can anybody point out where I could find it/download it?

So can I use this to perform data migration or upgrade from Hp SIM v 5 into v7.1 ?

albertwt - No, it is not supported

1. To upgrade to 7.1, Min. version fo HP SIM should be 6.0 or later
