No Data Available
When I log in now, however, I receive the message No Data Available in the Systems and Events frame along the left side of the window. I can't view any events or view any of the data. I did look at the SQL database briefly and say data in the devices table, so I believe the data is still there, just not accessible via SIM. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks.
Jason

Re: No Data Available
This is a bit of a destructive method because it clears most entry's in your database.
The command "mxinitconfig -r" clears your database and the command "mxinitconfig -a" rebuilds your database. After I've run these commands and reconfiguring some entry's (discovery, users etc.) I've ran a discovery and voila I can run the reports with the correct data.
What I didn't try is to skip the mxinitconfig -a first. This might rebuild you database with the correct entry's without removing the current data.
Hope to be of some help.
