OpenSSH install fails on NT4 - missing entry point in ADVAPI32.dll

Get message 'Procedure entry point ChangeServerConfig2A could not be located in dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll' when trying to install the downloaded SP25021.exe on NT4.

NT4 is not a supported platform for OpenSSH. Please note that OpenSSH is not a requirement for managed nodes monitoring.

Distributed tasks is a net new functionality and we are not delivering new functionality for NT4.

may be worth while ammending the 'HP Systems Insight Manager Installation and User Guide' - which nominates NT4 in the 'Managed System Requirements and Recommendations' section and SSH install and config in the first step in the 'Set Up Windows Managed Systems' instructions.
