SIM Product Names

Hi
we have installed HP SIM a few days ago and trying to manage several proliant server and clusters running windows 2000 and 2003 via snmp. HW, SW, SystemName, System Address and OS Name are displaying well. But there is an ongoing problem with the Produt Name. Some Product Names are showing well, but most are just displaying "ProLiant" without any modell informations. Also some cluster MSCS have the Product Name "ProLinat DL380 G3" but are running as a virtual cluster quorum group :-(.
Does anyone have the same problems or may has an sollution?
