Suspend monitoring for multiple system via command line?

I have a mulitple servers that I dont manage but need to remain in SIM. I dont have access to this systems and SIM tries to logon as root for data collection (?).

1. Is there a way to disable SIM from trying to logon to these servers while keeping them in SIM?

2. I assume if I choose to suspend monitoring, SIM will no longer attempt to log on - is that the case?

3. How can I suspend via the command line?

I'm not sure you can run a command to stop monitoring a specific node but you could try this:

1. Create a collection called 'Don't Monitor'
2. Setup a task against this collection to suspend monitoring of it's members indefinitely
3. Set this tasks to run when new nodes are added to the collection
4. Use the command line to add node you don't wish to monitor to the collection

MOnitoring should then be disabled against those node ;)
