Hi, What is the minor threshold and is it anything we need to worry about?

CMX TEXT: Disk Resource: disk C: on node [Server name] of cluster [Server name] crossed minor threshold.

Most likely it just means that your C drive has filled up to such an extent that it has crossed the "minor" threshold, i.e. 30% free or whatever, and triggered the trap.
If you want to see what your thresholds are currently set at go to:
Options->Cluster Monitor->Node Resource Settings
Check out the disk settings and adjust the levels to what is appropriate for your environment.
