How do I setup the username and password on the version control repository manager. When I go into any of the servers VC agent settings to enter the repository server name user and password, I get the error "the version control repository manager at admin could not be accessed using that username and password". The repository manager is running and I am trying to access it with the administrator account.

You can not access Version control repository manager(VCRM) with administrator account.
Create a user on the VCRM system. Add that user in tho the "Administrators" group of the operating system.Now access the VCRM from version control agent(VCA) with this user.
