D390 with ignite

the machine is correctly in /etc/.supported_bits (9000/800/D390 32/64). my firmware revison is 38.39.

the installation stop (info from logfile) by creating the manifest. the machine comes up and is running, but files and dirs from the installation (/tmp/ign_configure, /d_cfg_mnt_sb61, /envs.cfg.p3) exists and the last configuration step do not finish.

after starting a recovery from tape there runs a configurations script that executes the volume group import. the output of this script is the last log entry.
