Ignite error

Dear HP Gurus,

the errors are below:

WARNING: Failed to find "/dev/dsk/c4t0d0" in IOTree, will not be added to the _hp_hide_other_disks list
WARNING: Failed to find "/dev/dsk/c5t0d0" in IOTree, will not be added to the _hp_hide_other_disks list

Re: Ignite error

Do /dev/dsk/c4t0d0 & /dev/dsk/c5t0d0 exist and have filesystems on them? Or are they stale entries in /etc/fstab?

Re: Ignite error

Thanks Denis for quick response.

I have attached some outputs(bdf, ioscan -funC disk, strings /etc/lvmtab) of the server for analysis.

I observed from /etc/lvmtab:
/dev/vg01
/dev/dsk/c4t0d0
/dev/dsk/c5t0d0

Now vg01 is not there.instead vg02 is there.
Please check and confirm whether this disk are used or not.

Re: Ignite error

Hi Ashis,

Attachment is clearing showing that /dev/dsk/c4t0d0 &
/dev/dsk/c5t0d0 is not available in your systems. vg01 is also not exists.

You can simply remove vg01 by the command vgexport.

If you don't want to remove vg01 you can ignore the ignite error. While restoring ignite, it will not create vg01.
