Ignite not allowing me to reload server

I am getting the following error message. How can I convince Ignite to ignore that condition or reset it?

The menu item you have chosen is not available for the current state of the object(s) selected.

I have tried modified the server.state file but that does not seem to help.

Thanks!

Re: Ignite not allowing me to reload server

The key file seems to be the client_status file in /var/opt/ignite/clients/

After I replaced it with a file from another host that was successful, I was able to reload the host.

It also appears this file can simply be deleted as I found it does not exist on other ignite servers where a restore has NOT been done.

Re: Ignite not allowing me to reload server

Apparently, it is NOT okay for the client_status file to be empty. I copied one from another system that had been successfully loaded. The contents are below.
