Ignite server Problems
Hello,
I installed a ignite server and now it's impossible to install a new version on a server :
when i finish my dbprofile setup, at the beginning of the install
in the Ui interface i have any errors as :
"The currently selected configuration does not contain any environments. You may want to select another configuration."
"There is no software fitting the core OS requirements selected for loading. There must be a software selection (sw_sel) using a software source (sw_source) with a load order=0 selected. Check the server's configuration files. If VUE or CDE has been selected, then verify that a language has also been chosen"
Can you help me ?

Re: Ignite server Problems
Did you check the configuration files, especially the /var/opt/ignite/INDEX file?
Probably there is no or a wrong config defined.
Best,
Stephan

Re: Ignite server Problems
The problem might be due to a typo in the core OS configuration file
Check the syntax of the configuration file usin the command:
# instl_adm -T
The above command would also show the location of the the configuration file.
Example: var/opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.11.31/core_cfg
