make_net_recovery error with save_config

I am getting the following error under 11.23 and C.7.8.201:

save_config: Error - cannot determine usage of mounted volume "/dev/vx/dsk/rootdg/ignitevol".
ERROR: /opt/ignite/bin/save_config failed

======= 08/24/09 12:29:14 UTC make_net_recovery completed unsuccessfully

ignitevol is a volume in rootdg. We tried it with mount the volume directly in /var/opt/ignite/recovery/archives or in /mnt and setting a link. No chance. Any ideas? Didnt find anything to this special error!
