there is no ignite tape in the list

I need to boot HP_UX box from ignite due to corrupted OS , but in boot menu when I issue the search it cannot see the path P13 should be related to ignite tape ? How can I make ti visible to HP-UX machine ?

The model is RP5470 , and there is an update in my case, we replaced the tape array 5300 ,then system recognized the path at the boot ROM prompt ,but I noticed that there is no label  in the list belong to the mentioned DDS tape as if Tape drive was empty. Then ,when I select the Path ,I got the error "IPL error: bad LIF magic. Error reading IPL"

I tried another backup media , but same problem exist.

The tape is not bootable, maybe due to the former bad tape drive.

Check the tape array 5300 for bent pins!

decided to try with CD recovery media Media for cold install , but this time boot menu does not show media ? I can see the path of CD driver but no media appears on it .

any idea ?
