Insight Control hardware events not affecting aggregate events icon

Hi Guys,

Sorry if this isn't the right forum, I can see one for Insight Control but we are having a bit of an issue that may just be newbie mistake but we want to get email alerts from the HPIC server when there is a hardware issue. RIght now I've pulled the PSU on a server and it's Hardware status is showing 

SNMP -  There is a server problem that is degrading functionality.

Yet the Aggreate Event status is normal, As such it doesnt show up in the "All Events" collection nor in the system status.

Any ideas?
