Install windows2003 in HP Hardware.

Can i install windows2003 in RX2600 HP-Server.

Is so how can i?

I imagine you would get yourself an itanium version of Windows, install as per normal and then wish you hadn't.

- Boot the rx5670 into the EFI shell
- Insert the â Windows Server 2003â 64 bit CD
- Enter command â map â râ to reset the block devices and file systems â mappedâ by the EFI shell
- Enter fs0: to gain access to the CD file system
- Enter the command â setupldrâ to run the EFI executable file and start the installation of Windows 2003
- Select the â Câ option to perform a Custom installation.
- Select the existing EFI partition for installation
- Select to create a new partition for the Windows Server 2003 operating system.
- Enter the license key and the rest is mor
