RX7640 - 11.23 - crashing

Hi All,

 

I have an RX7640 with 1 x NPAR and 3 x VPARS.

It is crashing regularly and when I try to boot again it fails with can't find boot drive.

Looking at the server I see all 4 drives LED yellow.

and no power to PCI

 

MP log and PS output is attached.

 

power cycling bring back server up for couple minutes then crashes again.

There could be possible power related issue with the IO Chassis of the system.

I could see more possiblity of Hardware issue. My suggestion would be contact HP Solution Center/Call center and log a HARDWARE CASE.

Your latest logs are about 5 weeks old - does the issue remain?

Replacing the IO card cage seems to have fixed it
