unable to map DVD drive in Vpar - SuperDome2
Hi All,
I have connected the DVD drive from OA and now i am trying to search it in EFI shell but unable to locate it. At EFI shell i can only see my boot disk from 3Par. I have tried mapping the DVD drive to another partition and it's working perfectly there.
I tried "reconnect -r", "reset", "poweroff" but nothing seems to be working.
Shell> map -r
Device mapping table
blk0 :BlockDevice - Alias (null)
PcieRoot(0x7A)/Pci(0x0,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0)/Pci(0x5,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0)/Fibre(0x21230002AC001302,0x4001000000000000)
Checked multiple forums everyone is suggesting the same commands which i already tried. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Re: unable to map DVD drive in Vpar - SuperDome2
Hi,
iLO is already assigned to this vpar, without assigning iLO you don't get the virtual devices option.
