3com isdn router 3c410012

My 3com isdn router 3c410012 connects via a switch 7 pcs

to internet, the internet connections works correctly

when only a pc is connected, but if more pcs are

connected internet doesn't work, and to restore the

connection for only one pc needs to restart the router.

Any idea about this problem?
