lvextend not possible...
Hi All,
I am not able to extend my LV by 100gb.What i did was there was no space in VG vgALRN_3.
After checking lvmtab configuration for this VGi have added 33gb*4 disks under this VG.
VG was extended by 132gb but still I am not able to extend the LV /dev/vgALRN_3/lvdbALRN.
I saw following parameter are set
Stripes 8
Stripe Size (Kbytes) 8
Can someone explaim me how should i go ahead if i need to extend the LV by 100gb.

Re: lvextend not possible...
Hi Heman,
I dont think we have anyother option except to have same number of LUN's with comparision of (total stripes define for LV to extend the striped LV. I couldn't found a way to change the striped value as well... :)
Thanks & Regards,
Chirag Parikh
