Hi,
To upgrade some layer products on Alpha 8.4 we require CDD 7.2 or later for OpenVMS. (Forms V 4.0, Data retrive)
I checked Oracle website and als HP, but not finding a link to download the latest version.
Current version is
$$ REPOSITORY OPERATOR
CDO> sho version
Installed version of Oracle CDD/Repository is V7.0-11
CDO>
Any information on ths would be of great help.

SolutionI didn't have any problems finding the download link on the Oracle RDB pages. Go to www.oracle.com, under Downloads choose Databases / "See all", choose "Rdb Products", and voila.
cu,
Martin

Re: CDD for OpenVMS
Thanks for that. That solved everything.
I can see that rdb version 7.2 releases are available for download through OTN. Can we just dowload it there and use it on any of our client machines? Or any separate license has to be purchased?
Sorry for this question as this is not technical..

Re: CDD for OpenVMS
Set up your own Josloverdb or Joslovecdd over at the Oracle web site, and have at; ask the product owner about the terms and conditions of their products?
