Eclipse for HP-UX

Hi to all,
My problem is, I installed eclipse3.3.1(iexpress) to HP-UX 11.23(ia64).Installation phase is completed successfully.But if tried to run ./eclipse it shows the message like "The eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library"
What it means..?? Where i can get these libraries? can any 1 send me the link?

Did you read the documentation? It should mention these libs. Which libs are missing?
