I was thinking about using the CLI vs the GUI and using the -x codeword=XX -x customer_id=YY.
Do you see any changes in /.codeword ?

SolutionHi Dennis,
After dealing many hours with the support they finaly provide us the depot B9007AA on HP FTP server.
We installed it (version A.06.25) as you mentioned and it works fine

I suppose it was easier to do that then to tell you why swinstall couldn't see it? ;-)
I was going to suggest if you had a 11.31 machine, would swlist work there?
