I look for the JNA-download (Java Native Access).
seems to be dead.

That site has been gone for a while, and that particular web page was unfortunately not archived nor Google cached.
Search for /Philippe Vouters Laposte/, and you should find an email address. Try that.
There was some work on a current port of the prerequisite libffi bits active via decuserve, though I don't know the current status of that.
