Printing various bitmaps from a COBOL program wout BIDI

I have succesfully created and executed a macro from within my cobol program. I am trying to use this logic to write a bitmap. I first did a print to file, I then converted the entire ouput to hex and I then inserted all the hex codes in my program as a macro. It compiled but did not produce the expected results. I want to be able to print different types of bitmaps on invoices from an existing program. Please help I am tired.
