Where can I find hp-gcc software?

I am installing a product that is looking for libstdc++.so.6 and cannot find it.  As near as I can tell, this should be located in /opt/hp-gcc folder.  We do not have this, and I'm trying to figure out where I can download it from, and if it's free?

This is part of HP's gcc.  You need to register with AllianceOne and then there is a free download:
