Where to get support for Java

I posted a problem to this forum relating to a HP JVM problem, but since its unlikely someone from HP will respond I'm looking for some other contact point for support of HP's Java VM. I have been all over the HP site and cannot find one link that works or phone # that can be contacted relating to to posting and getting feedback on Java problems (this is in very distinct contrast to other vendors that provide Java - is HP giving me a message ?). Sure they provide release notes with known bugs, but there are no details on where to log new ones that are specific to HP.

So can anyone direct me to somewhere I can log an HP specific Java problem and potentially get support on that issue. This is something we would be willing to pay for support on.

Re: Where to get support for Java

Your best bet would be to contact your local HP Response Centre. If you have a support contract on the box or any of its software at all you should have a phone number for this.
