3Com 9150 AP stuck after firmware upgrade

I upgraded a AirConnect 9150 AP to the latest firmware.  The first AP I did this to was fine.  I followed the same process for a 2nd AP and it is now stuck on "boot-shim v2.01 startup..." when I console in.  The power light and networking light are both solid orange.  The network light will occasionally blink green once then go back to orange.  Any suggestions?  Did I brick it?
