ProCurve Wireless Access Point 10ag WW (J9141A)

Hello,

 

I've just got a ProCurve Wireless Access Point 10ag WW (J9141A) AP............and I need to reset it back to factory defaults BUT for the life of me I cannot get it to factory reset.

 

I have followed the following guide:

been to the HP site etc but it doesnt want to reset to factory defaults!

 

Any ideas>?!?1/?!
