WX1200, how to upgrade

I'm about to do a series of upgrades to get the 6.6.1 release for a WX1200 controller. I'm currently running 3.0.4 and can't find the 3.2.2.rel file. The two executables at the downloadpage (https://h10145.www1.hp.com/downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=JE480A) is just wants to install software on my PC instead of extracting a .rel file. When i try to install the softwares the installation wizard finishes but nothing gets installed. I'm runnung Win7 x64.

Is the software not supported for win 7? And is the software the right way to go for an upgrade to 3.2.2?

And is there a way to upgrade the controller directly to 6.6.1?

Dug up an old XP-machine and successfully extracted and installed 3.2.2.

 

My new problem is that the boot partitions on my wx1200 are too smal. Aprox 7100 Kbyte which isn't enough for an upgrade to 4.2.

Does anyone know if its possible to resize the bootpartitions? Didn't find anything about it in the manual.
